Hi, Teri,
I have seen your site a couple of times. This is Mary Ray (Collins
)1984. I married in 1989 and moved to River oaks. I have 3 kids Ryan
8, Hannah 5 Nathan 2. I married a fw fireman. 3 years ago February 15
1999. he was killed along with 2 others fighting a church arson fire in
Lake worth. I was 5 months pregnant when he was killed. The other
widow and I fought the city of fw in a law suit about their pension.
The city changed their policy after the accident. We finally won. The
media still bugs us . After 9-11 they called to get our thoughts. I
wanted to say" what do you think" but i didn't. We went to NY in
october to meet some of the other widows. That was hard. I remember
saying the same things they were saying. I could truely say I know how
they feel. My kids and I still go the warm place for counseling. It has
been really hard on my 8 year old. He has more memories. Well that is
my life in a nut shell. I haven't really kept in contact with anybody.
I would love to hear from others. I think this is neat what you are
doing. You can post my e-mail or bio or whatever you want. It took me
a long time to write to you because it was hard to say I am a widow
with 3 small children. Its easier to say I am happily married which I

Jay Chapman was married on January 8th 2005. Go Jay !! He is still friends with Scott Zulfer.
Bruce Wagner
Riche' and I have recently been talking to Bruce. He is back living on the West SIde of FtWorth. He has kids and is Divorced. Working for a Cable company and doing very well.
